Connecticut High School Basketball - Career Magnet can't hold off Sheehan
January 26, 2024: New Haven, CT 06519 The Sheehan Titans basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Career Magnet Panthers to 45 in the Titans non-league victory on Friday.
The Titans now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilbur Cross for a non-league contest on Monday, January 29. Sheehan will battle a Governors team coming off a 95-61 non-league win over Cheshire (Cheshire, CT). The Governors record now stands at 7-5.
The Panthers (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hand (Madison, CT). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Hand edged East Haven (East Haven, CT), 73-53, in a league contest.
