Oklahoma High School Basketball - Western Heights ripped by Guthrie
January 26, 2024: Guthrie, OK 73044 The Guthrie Bluejays basketball team scored 90 points and held the visiting Western Heights Jets to 48 in the Bluejays league triumph on Friday.
The Bluejays now sport a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Altus for a 5A District 1 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Guthrie will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 78-23 league loss to El Reno (El Reno, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-13.
Next up, the Jets play the Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK) in a 5A District 1 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Western Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record.
