Illinois High School Basketball - Hall holds off Princeton
January 26, 2024: Princeton, IL 61356 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Hall Red Devils (Spring Valley, IL) and the host Princeton Tigers (Princeton, IL), saw Hall's basketball squad hold off Princeton by a tally of 66-63.
With the victory, Hall improves its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Putnam County (Granville, IL) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 4-18. Putnam County lost 72-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Lowpoint-Washburn (Washburn, IL)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Bureau Valley Storm (Manlius, IL) in a Three Rivers - East challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 8-11 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 62-52 non-league win over Warren (Warren, IL).
