Oklahoma High School Basketball - Yukon knocked off by Norman
January 26, 2024: Yukon, OK 73099 The Norman Tigers basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Yukon Millers to 60 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edmond Santa Fe for a 6A District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Norman will meet a Wolves team coming off a 47-43 league loss to Westmoore (Oklahoma City, OK). The Wolves record now stands at 10-6.
The Millers (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Putnam City West (Oklahoma City, OK). The Patriots enter the 6A District 2 contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Putnam City West ran past Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK), 65-57, in a league contest.
