Michigan High School Basketball - Robichaud holds off Thurston
January 26, 2024: Redford, MI 48239 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Robichaud Bulldogs (Dearborn Heights, MI) and the host Thurston Eagles (Redford, MI), saw Robichaud's basketball squad hold off Thurston by a tally of 69-62.
With the victory, Robichaud improves its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Skyline lost 41-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Romulus Eagles (Romulus, MI) in a Western Wayne challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Thurston will attempt to improve on its 9-8 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 63-57 non-league loss to Saginaw (Saginaw, MI).
