The West Ashley Wildcats basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Stall Warriors to 59 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 16-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashley Ridge for a AAAAA Region 7 contest on Tuesday, January 30. West Ashley will battle a Swamp Foxes team coming off a 61-58 league loss to Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC). The Swamp Foxes record now stands at 13-11.

The Warriors (4-19) will now prepare for their contest against Summerville (Summerville, SC). The Green Wave enter the AAAAA Region 7 contest with a 18-2 record. In their last contest, Summerville ran past Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC), 77-51, in a league contest.
