Connecticut High School Basketball - Brookfield tops Notre Dame Catholic
January 26, 2024: Brookfield, CT 06804 Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT), 50-35 in a league bout.
With the victory, Brookfield upgrades its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT) to play the Cougars in a Southwest - Patriot bout on Monday, January 29. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 10-4. Kolbe-Cathedral won 70-64 in their recent league bout against New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT)
Next up, the Lancers play the Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT) in a Southwest - Patriot bout, on Monday, January 29. Notre Dame Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 0-12 record after their 78-26 league loss to Immaculate (Danbury, CT).
