The Notre Dame Catholic Lancers (Fairfield, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Joel Barlow Falcons (Redding, CT), 41-38 in Tuesday's league test.

The Lancers (5-13) will now prepare for their test against Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT). The Cougars go into the Southwest - Patriot test with a 13-5 record. In their last test, Kolbe-Cathedral got by Pomperaug (Southbury, CT), 65-60, in a league test.

The Falcons now own a 7-11 record. They play next when they travel to Weston for a non-league test on Thursday, February 8.
