February 1, 2024: Redding, CT 06896 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT) and the host Joel Barlow Falcons (Redding, CT), saw New Fairfield's basketball squad overcome Joel Barlow by a tally of 41-33.
With the victory, New Fairfield improves its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Rebels host Newtown (Newtown, CT) to confront the Nighthawks in a Southwest - Patriot challenge on Monday, February 5. The Nighthawks come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Newtown lost 54-32 in their recent league challenge against Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Harding Presidents (Bridgeport, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 2. Joel Barlow will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record.
