The Red Raiders now sport a 5-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Serena for a Little Ten battle on Monday, January 29. Earlville will battle a Huskers team coming off a 52-21 league win over Illinois Math & Science Academy (Aurora, IL). The Huskers record now stands at 20-2.
The Sobos (11-12) will now prepare for their battle against Faith Christian (Dixon, IL). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Faith Christian was nudged by Morning Star Academy (Bettendorf, IA), 40-27, in a league battle.
