In Friday's league match, the host Mingus Marauders basketball team scored a decisive 63-22 triumph over the Mohave Thunderbirds.

In their next game, the Marauders meet the Prescott Badgers (Prescott, AZ) in a 4A Grand Canyon match, on Thursday, February 1. Mingus will attempt to better on its 18-5 season record.
