Virginia High School Basketball - Marion holds off Lebanon
January 26, 2024: Lebanon, VA 24266 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Marion Scarlet Hurricanes (Marion, VA) and the host Lebanon Pioneers (Lebanon, VA), saw Marion's basketball squad hold off Lebanon by a tally of 35-29.
With the victory, Marion improves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Scarlet Hurricanes travel to Graham (Bluefield, VA) to confront the G-Men in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The G-Men come into the challenge with a record of 4-6. Graham won 33-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Richlands (Richlands, VA)
Next up, the Pioneers confront the Graham G-Men (Bluefield, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Lebanon will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The G-Men come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 31-29 non-league loss to Marion (Marion, VA).
