January 26, 2024: Pittsboro, NC 27312 The Seaforth Hawks (Pittsboro, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Cummings Cavaliers (Burlington, NC), 75-29 in Friday's non-league test.
The Hawks (11-3) will now prepare for their test against Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, Chatham Central was trounced by Bartlett Yancey (Yanceyville, NC), 41-39, in a non-league test.
The Cavaliers now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Graham for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. Cummings will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 62-42 non-league loss to Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC). The Red Devils record now stands at 0-13.
