Washington High School Basketball - Prairie knocked off by Kelso
January 26, 2024: Vancouver, WA 98662 The Kelso Hilanders basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Prairie Falcons to 40 in the Hilanders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hilanders now sport a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kalama for a non-league contest on Monday, January 29. Kelso will battle a Chinooks team coming off a 69-57 non-league loss to Onalaska (Onalaska, WA). The Chinooks record now stands at 8-6.
The Falcons (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Vancouver, WA). The Timberwolves enter the non-league contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Heritage ran past Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA), 64-58, in a non-league contest.
