With the victory, Southfield Christian improves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Oakland Christian (Auburn Hills, MI) to confront the Lancers in a Michigan Independent - Blue challenge on Tuesday, February 1. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 4-5.

Inter-City Baptist will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 74-60 league win over Oakland Christian (Auburn Hills, MI).
