Ohio High School Basketball - Southeast knocked off by Aquinas
January 27, 2023: Louisville, OH 44641 The Aquinas Knights basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Southeast Pirates to 52 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rootstown for a Portage Trail contest on Friday, February 3. Aquinas will meet a Rovers team coming off a 84-56 league loss to John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH). The Rovers record now stands at 4-14.
The Pirates (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Cloverleaf (Lodi, OH). The Colts enter the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Cloverleaf was outscored by Woodridge (Peninsula, OH), 69-58, in a league contest.
