In Friday's league outing, the Brandywine Bobcats (Niles, MI) basketball squad edged the host Berrien Springs Shamrocks (Berrien Springs, MI), by a margin of 48-44.

The Bobcats (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Coloma (Coloma, MI). The Comets go into the non-league outing with a 1-10 record. In their last outing, Coloma was tipped by Bridgman (Bridgman, MI), 56-31, in a non-league outing.

The Shamrocks now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Michigan Catholic for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31.
