California High School Basketball - Cabrillo can't hold off Lompoc
January 27, 2023: Lompoc, CA 93436 The Cabrillo Conquistadores basketball team (Lompoc, CA), was nudged 51-47 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Lompoc Braves (Lompoc, CA)
The Braves now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arroyo Grande for a Mountain battle on Monday, January 30. Lompoc will battle a Eagles team coming off a 44-41 league win over Righetti (Santa Maria, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 15-7.
The Conquistadores (2-17) will now prepare for their battle against Mission Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Royals come into the Mountain battle with a 16-7 record. In their last battle, Mission Prep edged Atascadero (Atascadero, CA), 76-58, in a league battle.
