Oregon High School Basketball - Cascade overwhelms North Marion
January 27, 2023: Turner, OR 97392 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Cascade Cougars (Turner, OR) and the visiting North Marion Huskies (Aurora, OR), saw Cascade's basketball squad wallop North Marion by a tally of 76-45.
With the victory, Cascade improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Newport (Newport, OR) to confront the Cubs in a 4A Oregon West challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Cubs come into the challenge with a record of 7-8. Newport lost 69-55 in their recent league challenge against Stayton (Stayton, OR)
Next up, the Huskies confront the Sweet Home Huskies (Sweet Home, OR) in a 4A Oregon West challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. North Marion will attempt to improve on its 12-3 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 1-14 record after their 59-21 league loss to Philomath (Philomath, OR).
