The Foster Falcons basketball team (Richmond, TX), was overwhelmed 78-44 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos (Missouri City, TX)

The Buffalos now possess a 26-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Terry for a 5A Region III District 20 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Fort Bend Marshall will confront a Rangers team coming off a 51-50 league win over Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 8-22.

The Falcons (11-14) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX). The Cougars come into the 5A Region III District 20 battle with a 16-12 record. In their last battle, Fort Bend Kempner trounced Fort Bend Willowridge (Houston, TX), 54-52, in a league battle.
