Wauwatosa West Trojans (Wauwatosa, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Germantown Warhawks (Germantown, WI), 59-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Wauwatosa West upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The Trojans host Hamilton (Sussex, WI) to play the Chargers in a Greater Metro bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 11-3. Hamilton won 72-66 in their recent non-league bout against Pius XI Catholic (Milwaukee, WI)

Next up, the Warhawks play the Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. Germantown will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Owls go into the bout with a 3-13 record after their 77-73 league loss to Port Washington (Port Washington, WI).
