January 27, 2023: Lincoln, RI 02865 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI) and the visiting South Kingstown Rebels (Wakefield, RI), saw Lincoln's basketball squad overcome South Kingstown by a tally of 66-54.
With the victory, Lincoln improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to confront the Chargers in a Division 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. Chariho won 55-43 in their recent league challenge against St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI)
Next up, the Rebels confront the Toll Gate Titans (Warwick, RI) in a Division 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. South Kingstown will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 47-33 league loss to Coventry (Coventry, RI).
