January 27, 2023: Middletown, CT 06457 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Notre Dame Green Knights (West Haven, CT) and the host Xavier Falcons (Middletown, CT), saw Notre Dame's basketball squad overcome Xavier by a tally of 71-62.
With the victory, Notre Dame improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Green Knights travel to Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Lyman Hall won 49-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Platt RVT (Milford, CT)
Next up, the Falcons play the Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 30. Xavier will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 45-32 non-league loss to North Haven (North Haven, CT).
