Oklahoma High School Basketball - Pocola crushes Talihina
January 27, 2023: Pocola, OK 74902 Pocola Indians (Pocola, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Talihina Golden Tigers (Talihina, OK), 70-26 in a league game.
In their next game, the Indians face the Panama Razorbacks (Panama, OK) in a non-league game, on Monday, January 30. Pocola will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Razorbacks enter the game with a 5-6 record after their 44-39 non-league loss to Gore (Gore, OK).
With the defeat, Talihina moves to 3-9 on the year. The Golden tigers host Heavener (Heavener, OK) to face the Wolves in a Black Diamond game on Tuesday, January 31. The Wolves enter the game with a record of 14-3. Heavener won 53-36 in their recent league game against Wilburton (Wilburton, OK)
