With the victory, Port Arthur Memorial improves its record to 22-8 on the campaign. The Titans host Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX) to confront the Indians in a 5A Region III District 17 challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 15-13. Port Neches-Groves won 45-35 in their recent league challenge against Lee (Baytown, TX)
Next up, the Rangers confront the Barbers Hill Eagles (Mt. Belvieu, TX) in a 5A Region III District 17 challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Sterling will attempt to improve on its 14-16 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 23-6 record after their 52-47 league win over Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX).
