Texas High School Basketball - Post ripped by Seagraves
January 27, 2023: Seagraves, TX 79359 The Seagraves Eagles basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Post Antelopes to 28 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 17-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Home for a 2A Region I District 5 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Seagraves will meet a Leopards team coming off a 70-29 league win over Sundown (Sundown, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 14-7.
The Antelopes (1-25) will now prepare for their contest against Tahoka (Tahoka, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 2A Region I District 5 contest with a 10-12 record. In their last contest, Tahoka was routed by Ropes (Ropesville, TX), 62-60, in a league contest.
