January 27, 2023: Voorheesville, NY 12186 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Voorheesville Blackbirds (Voorheesville, NY) and the visiting Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Indians (Ravena, NY), saw Voorheesville's basketball squad hold off Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk by a count of 66-62.
With the victory, Voorheesville upgrades its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Blackbirds travel to Cobleskill-Richmondville (Cobleskill, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a Section 2 Colonial - Patriot challenge on Wednesday, February 1. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 3-12.
