The Amity Warriors basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Scio Loggers to 22 in the Warriors league victory on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dayton for a 3A PacWest contest on Tuesday, January 31. Amity will battle a Pirates team coming off a 61-30 non-league loss to Nestucca (Cloverdale, OR). The Pirates record now stands at 1-14.

The Loggers (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Santiam Christian (Corvallis, OR). The Eagles come into the 3A PacWest contest with a 11-4 record.
