January 27, 2023: Bryan, TX 77807 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Brazos Christian Eagles (Bryan, TX) and the visiting Central Texas Christian Lions (Temple, TX), saw Brazos Christian's basketball squad wallop Central Texas Christian by a tally of 60-37.
With the victory, Brazos Christian improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Live Oak Classical (Waco, TX) to confront the Falcons in a TAPPS 3A District 3 challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 11-13. Live Oak Classical won 45-26 in their recent league challenge against Round Rock Christian Academy (Round Rock, TX)
Next up, the Lions confront the Faith Academy Flames (Marble Falls, TX) in a TAPPS 3A District 3 challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Central Texas Christian will attempt to improve on its 17-7 season record. The Flames come into the challenge with a 9-14 record after their 44-32 league loss to Round Rock Christian Academy (Round Rock, TX).
