January 27, 2023: Cedar Springs, MI 49319 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the South Christian Sailors (Grand Rapids, MI) and the host Cedar Springs Red Hawks (Cedar Springs, MI), saw South Christian's basketball squad wallop Cedar Springs by a count of 63-37.
With the victory, South Christian upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Sailors host Caledonia (Caledonia, MI) to play the Fighting Scots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Fighting Scots come into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Caledonia lost 56-42 in their recent league challenge against Jenison (Jenison, MI)
Next up, the Red Hawks play the Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Cedar Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record.
