The Mt. Spokane Wildcats basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Cheney Blackhawks to 35 in the Wildcats league victory on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host University for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest on Tuesday, January 31. Mt. Spokane will battle a Titans team coming off a 78-68 league loss to Lewis & Clark (Spokane, WA). The Titans record now stands at 2-8.

The Blackhawks (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Rogers (Spokane, WA). The Pirates come into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Rogers was routed by Shadle Park (Spokane, WA), 63-29, in a league contest.
