Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Episcopal Maroon (Alexandria, VA) and the visiting National Cathedral (Washington, DC), saw Episcopal's basketball squad wallop National Cathedral by a count of 40-17.

With the victory, Episcopal upgrades its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Maroon host Georgetown Day (Washington, DC) to play the Mighty Hoppers in a DCSAA challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Mighty Hoppers come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Georgetown Day lost 65-44 in their recent league challenge against Flint Hill (Oakton, VA)

Next up, the play the Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA) in a VISAA Division I challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. National Cathedral will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
