Washington High School Basketball - Federal Way overwhelmed by Kentwood
January 27, 2023: Federal Way, WA 98003 The Federal Way Eagles basketball team (Federal Way, WA), was overwhelmed 62-41 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Kentwood Conquerors (Covington, WA)
The Conquerors now possess a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kentlake for a 3A/4A North Puget Sound - Olympic battle on Saturday, January 28. Kentwood will battle a Falcons team coming off a 64-51 non-league win over Auburn (Auburn, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-11.
The Eagles (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Tahoma (Maple Valley, WA). The Bears come into the 3A/4A North Puget Sound - Olympic battle with a 16-2 record. In their last battle, Tahoma trounced Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA), 68-29, in a league battle.
