Virginia High School Basketball - Seton overwhelms Trinity Christian
January 27, 2023: Fairfax, VA 22030 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Seton Conquistadors (Manassas, VA) and the host Trinity Christian Gryphons (Fairfax, VA), saw Seton's basketball squad wallop Trinity Christian by a tally of 60-21.
With the victory, Seton improves its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Conquistadors travel to Chelsea Academy (Front Royal, VA) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 30. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Chelsea Academy won 66-42 in their recent league challenge against Immanuel Christian (Springfield, VA)
Next up, the Gryphons play the Fredericksburg Christian Eagles (Fredericksburg, VA) in a VISAA Division II challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Trinity Christian will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 36-34 non-league loss to Fredericksburg Victory (Fredericksburg, VA).
