January 27, 2024: Germantown, OH 45327 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Valley View Spartans (Germantown, OH) and the visiting Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH), saw Valley View's basketball squad overcome Dixie by a tally of 70-58.
With the victory, Valley View improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Edgewood (Trenton, OH) to confront the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 5-11. Edgewood lost 56-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Carroll (Dayton, OH)
Next up, the Greyhounds confront the Newton Local Indians (Pleasant Hill, OH) in a Western Ohio challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Dixie will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 66-62 non-league loss to Brookville (Brookville, OH).
