Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the White Pine Bobcats (Ely, NV) and the visiting Founders Classical Academy Centurions (Las Vegas, NV), saw White Pine's basketball squad overcome Founders Classical Academy by a tally of 37-29.

With the victory, White Pine improves its record to 9-15 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Lake Mead Academy (Henderson, NV) to confront the Eagles in a 2A Southern challenge on Friday, February 2. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 15-5.
