In Saturday's non-league outing, the Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN) basketball squad beat the host Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), by a margin of 61-48.

The Eagles (12-5) will now prepare for their outing against Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN). The Huskies go into the non-league outing with a 8-10 record. In their last outing, Hamilton Heights was topped by Tipton (Tipton, IN), 54-50, in a league outing.

The Trojans now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Carroll for a Hoosier Heartland outing on Tuesday, January 30. Tri-Central will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 50-45 non-league loss to Northwestern (Kokomo, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 10-5.
