Indiana High School Basketball - Tri-Central nudges Wes-Del

January 6, 2024: Gaston, IN 47342

Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wes-Del Warriors (Gaston, IN), 65-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tri-Central upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Trojans travel to Rossville (Rossville, IN) to clash with the Hornets in a Hoosier Heartland bout on Friday, January 12. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Rossville lost 78-71 in their recent league bout against Sheridan (Sheridan, IN)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Delta Eagles (Muncie, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 12. Wes-Del will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record.
