January 27, 2024: West Chicago, IL 60185 In Saturday's non-league outing, the St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) basketball squad beat the host Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL), by a count of 72-60.
The North Stars (8-15) will now prepare for their outing against Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Tigers go into the DuKane outing with a 12-12 record. In their last outing, Wheaton-Warrenville South defeated Aurora East (Aurora, IL), 77-69, in a non-league outing.
The Warriors now hold a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Timothy Christian for a Chicagoland Christian outing on Tuesday, January 30. Wheaton Academy will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 40-35 non-league loss to Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 8-15.
