January 6, 2024: Roselle, IL 60172 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL) and the visiting St. Charles North North Stars (St. Charles, IL), saw Lake Park's basketball squad overcome St. Charles North by a tally of 54-36.
With the victory, Lake Park improves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Lancers host Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL) to play the Falcons in a DuKane challenge on Friday, January 12. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. Wheaton North lost 51-37 in their recent league challenge against Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL)
Next up, the North Stars play the Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) in a DuKane challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. St. Charles North will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 60-49 league win over St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL).
