Pennsylvania High School Basketball - North Allegheny tops Indiana
January 27, 2024: Wexford, PA 15090 North Allegheny Tigers (Wexford, PA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Indiana Little Indians (Indiana, PA), 58-38 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, North Allegheny upgrades its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA) to play the Rams in a WPIAL 6A 1 bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 5-10. Pine-Richland won 52-36 in their recent league bout against Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA)
Next up, the Little Indians play the Gateway Gators (Monroeville, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 1 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Indiana will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Gators come into the bout with a 2-14 record after their 48-17 league loss to Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA).
