Ohio High School Basketball - Sheridan overwhelms River View
January 27, 2024: Thornville, OH 43076 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Sheridan Generals (Thornville, OH) and the visiting River View Black Bears (Warsaw, OH), saw Sheridan's basketball squad wallop River View by a tally of 69-19.
With the victory, Sheridan improves its record to 17-0 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Coshocton (Coshocton, OH) to confront the Redskins in a Muskingum Valley challenge on Monday, January 29. The Redskins come into the challenge with a record of 0-17. Coshocton lost 53-11 in their recent league challenge against Morgan (McConnelsville, OH)
Next up, the Black Bears confront the John Glenn Little Muskies (New Concord, OH) in a Muskingum Valley challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. River View will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Little Muskies come into the challenge with a 13-4 record after their 44-32 league win over Philo (Duncan Falls, OH).
