Virginia High School Basketball - Dayspring Christian Academy overwhelmed by United Christian Academy
January 27, 2024: Stanardsville, VA 22973 The United Christian Academy Crusaders basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Dayspring Christian Academy Lions to 27 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Saturday.
The Crusaders now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blue Ridge Christian for a bout on Monday, January 29. United Christian Academy will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 29-23 league win over Grace Christian (Staunton, VA). The Bears record now stands at 3-3.
Next up, the Lions clash with the Faith Christian Warriors (Roanoke, VA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Dayspring Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 34-10 league loss to Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA).
