January 27, 2025: Seaside, CA 93955 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Rancho San Juan Trailblazers (Salinas, CA) and the host Seaside Spartans (Seaside, CA), observed Rancho San Juan's basketball team knock off Seaside by a score of 58-44.
The Trailblazers (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA). The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 2-14 record. In their last challenge, Monte Vista Christian was knocked off by Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA), 50-40, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans encounter the Stevenson Pirates (Pebble Beach, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Seaside will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 45-34 league win over Marina (Marina, CA).
