With the victory, Oxon Hill advances its record to 8-5 on the year. The Clippers travel to Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North (Laurel, MD) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 4-4. Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North won 45-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Crossland (Temple Hills, MD)
In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Friendly Patriots (Fort Washington, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Douglass will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 44-38 league win over Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South (Upper Marlboro, MD).
