January 30, 2025: Oxon Hill, MD 20745 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Oxon Hill Clippers (Oxon Hill, MD) and the visiting Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South Tigers (Upper Marlboro, MD), observed Oxon Hill's basketball team overwhelm Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South by a margin of 57-28.
The Clippers (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Largo (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Lions come into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Largo trounced Friendly (Fort Washington, MD), 59-37, in a league test.
The Tigers (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD). The Wolverines come into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A test with a 1-7 record.
