The Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) basketball crushed the host Oak Park-River Forest Huskies (Oak Park, IL), 66-31 in Monday's league bout.

The Lions now possess a 24-1 record. They play next when they travel to Proviso West for a West Suburban - Silver bout on Friday, January 31. Lyons will play a Panthers team coming off a 47-41 non-league win over Thornwood (South Holland, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 6-9.
