The Lytle Pirates (Lytle, TX) basketball crushed the host Cotulla Cowboys (Cotulla, TX), 80-38 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 18-10 record. They play next when they travel to Hondo for a 3A Region IV District 28 bout on Friday, January 30. Lytle will play a Owls team coming off a 63-13 league win over Poteet (Poteet, TX). The Owls record now stands at 9-15.
