Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Kutztown tops Brandywine Heights Area
January 28, 2022: Kutztown, PA 19530 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Kutztown Cougars (Kutztown, PA) and the visiting Brandywine Heights Area Bullets (Topton, PA), saw Kutztown's basketball squad knock off Brandywine Heights Area by a tally of 62-47.
With the victory, Kutztown improves its record to 7-9 on the campaign. The Cougars host Tulpehocken (Bernville, PA) to play the Trojans in a Berks County 3 challenge on Thursday, February 3. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 13-3.
Next up, the Bullets play the Antietam Mountaineers (Reading, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 31. Brandywine Heights Area will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Mountaineers come into the challenge with a 14-3 record after their 68-60 non-league loss to Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA).
