The Hershey Panthers basketball team (Hershey, NE), was overwhelmed 57-30 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, NE)

The Bulldogs now possess a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bayard for a C2 District 12 battle on Saturday, January 29. Bridgeport will confront a Tigers team coming off a 58-19 non-league win over South Platte (Big Springs, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 12-6.

The Panthers (6-11) will now prepare for their battle against Chase County (Imperial, NE). The Longhorns come into the non-league battle with a 6-12 record. In their last battle, Chase County was overwhelmed by Haxtun (Haxtun, CO), 51-41, in a non-league battle.
